Since the third installment, Fallout has always been a stellar game for the PC modding community, with graphic-enhancement mods, updated weaponry or the ability to change your character to Batman, the mods come thick and fast.
One mod, for Fallout 4 (set in Boston) has drawn the attention of Major League Baseball officials – a Red Sox jersey featuring ‘Ortiz’ and the number 34 on the back.

Created by Richie Branson, the mod allows players to trawl through the post-apocalyptic Boston, beating wasteland creatures with a baseball bat while wearing the famous ‘Red Sox’ jersey.
“The use of these marks is an infringement of our rights. We plan to enforce those rights.” an MLB spokesman stated on Thursday.
