Pro Evolution Soccer 2016 Finally gets a Roster Update
Konami has announced a long awaited update to the team rosters in Pro Evolution Soccer 2016 (PES 2016). When Konami released PES 2016 on September 15 of this year, the game’s team rosters were already two weeks out of date. As of December 3, Konami says, all the team rosters of PES 2016 will reflect all transfers that have occurred since the game’s release. The out-of-date rosters only affected offline play in PES 2016. An inconsistency that fans found frustrating.

Konami went on to apologize to PES 2016 fans for the more than two month wait, saying:
We also want to take the opportunity to sincerely apologise to those fans affected by this issue. It’s frustrating for the fans, and for the team making the game. We assure everyone that we have learnt from this situation, and confirm designs to improve situations like these are currently being considered for future products.

In addition to the roster update and apology Konami also announced new Downloadable content for the game including team uniforms but did not provide a comprehensive list of DLC.
