Need for Speed’s main menu will have an update as the developer will start featuring Community Events. Community Events can be found on the lower left corner of the main menu and will focus on three different types of events: Bonus Cash, Discounts, and Bonus Rep. The first event will start tomorrow and is called Performance Matters. It will offer 40% off all performance upgrades.
There will also be two new Icon cars available to unlock and drive, Ken Block’s Hoonicorn and Morohoshi’ Lamborghini Diablo SV. Neon lights are still in development so to start they will only be available for Morohoshi’ Lamborghini. Other updates include a more detailed color picker, three new achievements/trophies, the ability to flip decals to so they can match on both sides of the car, and an increase in REP limit from 50 to 60.
The Need for Speed update will be available to download on November 25.
