It seems that hit indie title Gone Home will be coming to console next month.
Developer The Fullbright Company has announced that Gone Home will be coming to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on January 12, 2016. The game was originally slated to release on console earlier, but that version of the game was cancelled.
The Fullbright Company handled the port internally, and has moved that game from the existing Unity 4 engine over to Unity 5. This is still the same game as on PC, however, with more than 90 minutes of behind-the-scenes commentary from the game’s development team.
Gone Home originally released on PC in 2013. The game was received quite well, and won a number of rewards. Developer Fullbright is currently working on their latest title, Tacoma. You can read about Tacoma here.
