A number of Grand Theft Auto titles have reached mobile, including GTA: III, GTA: San Andreas, and GTA: Vice City. Now, another title in the series, GTA: Liberty City Stories, is available on mobile devices.
An “enhanced” version of Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories was released today for iOS devices, with an Android version of the game coming soon. Supported devices includes the iPhone 5 and 6 series, iPod Touch 6th gen, iPad 4th gen, iPad Air/Air 2, iPad Mini 2/3/4, and the iPad Pro. New features include high resolution textures and character art, rebalanced controls for touch-based gaming, cross-platform cloud saves through the Rockstar Social Club, and custom soundtrack support.
Rockstar stated: “With shorter, streamlined missions designed with mobile gameplay in mind, this definitive open-world adventure has been remastered for iOS with extensive graphic enhancements, rebalanced touch controls, cross-platform saves, and native Retina screen support.”
Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories is available on iOS right now, with an Android version on the way. The game will cost $7, and can be downloaded from iTunes here.
