It’s getting close. We can all feel it. Star Wars Episode VII is only weeks away and we’re all desperate to see it. One person who has seen it however is Harrison Ford. Han Solo himself has already seen The Force Awakens and was on Good Morining America to express his thoughts.
“It was great”, he said. “It’s a wonderful movie, it’s got great production values. It’s a real big movie, and I was delighted to see it.”
He was understandably pretty tight lipped about any more details from the film but did go on to say that The Force Awakens has “a really good script” and “the opportunity to work with J.J.” Was something that was a compelling reason to go back to the character of Han Solo.
He also mentioned that Solo has “more of a complex story now, a little bit more of an emotional context than perhaps there was before”, but he made a point of the fact that he’s “still the same guy”.
A side note to take from the interview is the fact that Ford said he would definitely be interested in another Indianna Jones movie if the opportunity came around. There is motion on that front but that’s for another day.
Star Wars Episode VII The Force Awakens opens in cinemas worldwide on December 18th. Until then, may the force be with you.
