Nintendo 3DS outsells Xbox On and PS4
Despite a lot of competition from mobile gaming, Nintendo won’t be abandoning the Nintendo 3DS. Recent reports show that more Nintendo 3DS devices were sold than the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 combined.Executive VP of sales and marketing at Nintendo, Scott Moffitt stated that the “Nintendo 3DS is here to stay.” In an interview with the Washington Post Moffitt talked about Nintendo’s commitment to the 3DS and said that, “so far in 2015, sales of the family of Nintendo 3DS hardware in America are actually ahead of last year’s pace.”

Upcoming games for the Nintendo 3DS include Hyrule Warriors Legends, Metroid Prime: Federation Force, and Fire Emblem Fates: Birthright.
