Been waiting for an Xbox app for your Mac? You’re going to be waiting awhile.
Xbox Boss Phil Spencer recently addressed the demand (or lack thereof in this situation) on Twitter recently, saying that there hasn’t really been a demand for an official Xbox app on Mac, but encourages those that do want one to make a page on the Xbox Feedback site.
“Honestly haven’t had a lot of requests. Put it up on https://feedback.xbox.com and let’s see how many people are interested,” Spencer stated.
Such a request has actually been on the Xbox Feedback site for awhile, since June, but it’s amassed very few votes.
The official Xbox app on Windows functions very similarly to the Xbox One dashboard, with features such as streaming and friends lists.
