The fan-favorite indie game that just won’t stop impressing, Rocket League is officially getting a retail release.
The announcement was made on the game’s Facebook page. While the official announcement only said that the retail version would release later this year, Psyonix respond to fan questions saying “We’ll make sure the retail version is special. Stay tuned for more details!”
In an interview with KindaFunnyGames, Vice President of Psyonix, Jeremy Dunham, teased more information to come soon. “We’re going to be talking about who our partner is, and when they can expect to see it, and what comes in that package.”
Rocket League, originally released only on PC and PS4, saw its Xbox One debut earlier this month. This morning it was also announced the Batmobile will be making its way to the game.
