Destiny's April update reveals new max light level
Bungie has released information on their April update for Destiny: The Taken King, including a new max light level and new dungeons.Tweaks in difficulties in the Prison of Elders, Court of Oryx, Heroic Strikes, Nightfall Strikes, and in the King’s Fall Raid, as well as Iron Banner and Trials of Osiris allow for players to now reach a maximum light level of 335. As well, a level 41 version of Prison of the Elders, called Challenge of the Elders, will offer weekly awards, gameplay twists, and other new changes.

As well, a new quest featuring the Blighted Chalice Strike will take place. Difficulty tweaks across the board will reflect the new change in maximum light level, meaning that Kingsfall Hard drops will now have a maximum light level drop of 330, and Court of Oryx drops at 335.
The update will take place on April 12th.
