Street Fighter V tries to combat rage quitting
Street Fighter has always been known for rage quitters, players that leave before the match is over because something isn't going there way.For players that leave early, you still get to keep your win streak if you disconnect. Partly at fault is Street Fighter. Being an online game with no re-connection process, they don't want players to lose something they've worked hard for.

According to a post on Capcom Unity, they are working towards finding a more permanent solution. “We are working on a permanent solution to this problem, though we don’t have an exact date to share with you at the moment. That said, we are going to take direct action starting next week to punish those players who are abusing the system.”
In the mean time, Capcom is asking that all players record anyone disconnecting from Street Fighter V matches. The easiest way to do that is utilize the share button on the PlayStation 4. “over the weekend, please record every instance of rage quitting you encounter. The best way to do this is to use the SHARE function on the PlayStation 4 after the match has concluded, though any video evidence will suffice (Twitch archives, local recordings etc.).”
