While there are beloved games from all different generations, old and new, more recent titles have higher standards in graphics. Seeing a beautiful sunset or mountain side immerses players in the story and the world of a great title. The latest Tomb Raider is doing everything it can to bring itself to life.
The developers of Rise of the Tomb Raider have just released a new patch for the adventure title. With it, the game now supports DirectX 12. There is only a small list of games that do so. With this, the world that Lara Croft must journey through will now be shaper and more beautiful than ever. Jurjen Katsman at Nixxes Software spoke about the patch saying “Pushing the boundaries of technology on PC has always been a passion of the development team at Nixxes, and Crystal Dynamics and Square Enix have been great partners for us in doing so.”
Rise of the Tomb Raider is available now on PC and Xbox One.
