Now, a new preview has been released that gives players a small peek at the upcoming map.Verge is a remake of the popular Call of Duty: World at War map, Banzai. While Banzai was set in Japan, surrounded by jungle, Verge has adopted the Black Ops III tone. The map now features a graffitied shanty town that has been ravaged by drought and war. The other three maps coming in the Eclipse DLC are Spire, Rift, and Knockout. The maps have been given the descriptions of a sub-orbital airport terminal, a volcano-based military complex, and a traditional Shaolin temple respectively. A new zombie map will also come in the DLC, entitled Zetsubou No Shima. The map strands players on a south-pacific island in an abandoned laboratory filled with zombies.
Call of Duty: Black Ops III’s Eclipse DLC will launch for the PlayStation 4 on April 19th. The DLC will then come to the Xbox One and PC one month later.
