Battlefield 1 won’t have a physical PC disc in North America
The release of Battlefield 1 in North America will only have a digital release for the PC version. Reading the description for the physical version of the game on both Amazon and GameStop both state that with the "physical release" of Battlefield 1, there won't be a disc included. Instead, the box will come with a code players can use to redeem the game.“Here in North America, there will be a PC box version that you can buy in stores that will have a code in the box and no disc,” an EA representative told the site. “If you buy that same PC box version [i]nternationally, some countries will offer a disc inside.”This won't affect the release of the Xbox One or PlayStation 4 physical releases: both of those will contain a disc inside the box.
