After much anticipation from the community, The Warcraft film will finally be hitting theaters next month. Unless you are Disney, it is hard to guarantee a success on the silver screen these days. Blizzard is pulling out all the stops to promote this film for fans and others.
It certainly is possible that a number of people will see the film, then suddenly want to enter the World of Warcraft themselves. Blizzard is making this idea quite easy with the first part of their promotions. Anyone who purchases a ticket in participating Regal Cinemas, United Artists Theaters, or Edwards Theaters will receive a digital of World of Warcraft. On top of this, anyone who signs into the game between May 25th and August 1st, a lengthy window of time, will receive transmogrification items inspired by the film.
