Blizzard has announced that the current open beta for upcoming title Overwatch has been extended.
The beta, which was originally scheduled to end today, May 9th, at 10 a.m. will now remain open until May 10th at 10 a.m. as a thank you to fans.
“We hope everyone has been enjoying the Overwatch Open Beta,” the developer wrote. “We certainly have! We’ve loved being able to play alongside you on PC, PS4, and Xbox One. Over the last week, we’ve also had the opportunity to listen to your thoughts and opinions on the game; make improvements based on your reports in these very forums; and collect invaluable data just from you playing normally.”
Overwatch will launch on PC, PS4 and Xbox One on May 24th. It was recently revealed that certain modes will only be added after the game is launched.
