Fire Emblem and Animal Crossing on their way to mobile devices
After the successful release of Miitomo, Nintendo activated phase two and revealed that Animal Crossing and Fire Emblem will be the two next Nintendo apps on mobile devices. It was mentioned that unlike Miitomo, these will be full fledged game apps instead of social 'games'.As a means to introduce the series to newcomers, it was mentioned that Fire Emblem (iOS) will be more accessible than its console/handheld counterpart. Despite this, Nintendo has assured fans that it will still be a great role-playing strategy game with a great deal of value.

Meanwhile, the Animal Crossing mobile game will be able to connect to one of the Animal Crossing games on the Wii U/ 3DS. As to which one is still a mystery. It could very well be spin off titles like Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer or Animal Crossing: New Leaf.
More informative details on both games will start cropping up when the games are closer to their launch period. Of which is still unknown.
