Indie game developer Warhorse Studios has announced that Kingdom Come: Deliverance‘s release date has been pushed back again to 2017.
Their Kickstarter in 2014 earned the studio $1.5 million and was set to release for PC in 2015, with an Xbox One and PS4 release in 2016. Warhorse Studios originally pushed back the PC release to June 2016. The new plan, then, was to coincide the PC release with the console releases.
However, a spokesperson from Warhorse Studios recently revealed to WCCFTech that the game will now launch in 2017. They will announce a more specific release date sometime between E3 and GamesCom. As well, one of their community managers has stated in a forum comment that there, “won’t be much longer until we [Warhorse Studios] have an official release date for the game.”
Currently, Kingdom Come: Deliverance has a beta on PC that players who Kickstarted the game can play.
