Monster Hunter Generations will release this July, along with a new Nintendo 3DS XL design based off of the title.
Monster Hunter Generations will release on July 15th. A demo is planned to launch before the game comes out, but there is no set date at this moment.
The new 3DS XL will also release on July 15th. A blue version featuring the Monster Hunter logo will be released in North America exclusively, while a red version featuring the same design will release in Europe only. Both handhelds will be limited edition, though it has not been indicated how many will be in stock or how long they will be available.
Monster Hunter Generations is the western version of Monster Hunter X, which released in Japan this past November. The game is a cooperative RPG in which teams of up to four hunters take down massive beasts. Players can team up either locally or online.
