The latest update to hit Fallout 4 on Xbox One is helping to prep the console for modding.
The update, titled update 1.5.205″ went “live in preparation for Mods” on May 20th, according to Bethesda’s Twitter account. The update was delivered in order to prepare those who were invited to the closed beta for mod support, which is scheduled for sometime next week.

All mods are reportedly set to be available on Xbox One by the end of May, according to Bethesda, although there was so specification whether this was for all players or just for those who will participate in the closed beta.
After that point, Bethesda will reportedly move onto PS4 mod support during the month of June.
