Players who are experiencing performance issues while playing the most recent Fallout 4 DLC, Far Harbor, can rest easy knowing that Bethesda has fixes coming their way soon.
A recent tweet from the developer confirmed that an update is a short way away to fix problems users have been having.
“We’ve submitted our update to Sony to resolve performance issues affecting some within Far Harbor, Bethesda tweeted. “We will notify everyone when it’s live.”
Many problems players have been experiencing include frame rate issues, sometimes dipping as low as 15 FPS due to a volumetric fog effect used by Bethesda in the new content. Similar problems have been experienced on Xbox One, but are reportedly not nearly as bad as on PS4.
