Detroit: Become Human will be short but replayable
During the Sony E3 conference this year, Sony showcased a lot of new titles that will be coming to the PlayStation 4 and one of the more interesting titles shown was Detroit: Become Human.Detroit is a narrative driven game akin to other Quantic Dream titles such as Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls. With narrative driven games, players come to expect a certain value from them, and more often than not value equals length for a lot of gamers. Studio head at Quantic Dream, David Cage is doing his best to assuage any fears that gamers might have on that front though. What Detroit lacks in length it makes up for in replayability.

Studio head at Quantic Dream, David Cage is doing his best to assuage any fears that gamers might have on that front though. What Detroit lacks in length it makes up for in replayability.
In an interview with IGN, Cage explains that: “The game is going to be eight to 10 hours, pretty much like Beyond: Two Souls and Heavy Rain, but this game will have a lot of replayability value because you can really go back and replay the scene and see all the things you missed, we talk about bending stories and Detroit is much more bending than any game we have done before. Just the very first scene has many ways of being played and can lead to six different outcomes… and each scene is structured a little bit like this.”
Detroit: Become Human is a PlayStation exclusive title but doesn’t yet have a release date.
