Ubisoft started their 2016 E3 press conference with a classic: Just Dance 2017.
However, despite the game being one that many of us expect to arrive each year, the developer did manage to include at least one surprise: the game is headed to Nintendo NX next year.
Just Dance 2017 will now be on the Nintendo Wii, Nintendo Wii U and Nintendo NX, making it likely the only game that has ever appeared on three of a single company’s consoles.
Elsewhere, the game will also be on PS4, Xbox One, PS3 and Xbox 360 alongside the Wii and Wii U versions this October.
Just Dance 2017 joins other announced Nintendo NX games, such as Nintendo’s own The Legend of Zelda as well as Dragon Quest 10 and 11 which reportedly are being considered to arrive on the system next year.
