Today at E3 Bethesda announced new content coming to Doom, including the game’s first DLC pack, Unto the Evil.
Unto the Evil will release next month, and will be included in the game’s Season Pass, or can be purchased separately for $14.99. The DLC will include three new multiplayer maps, a new weapon, new equipment, and new hack modules. Unto the Evil will also include a new player-controlled demon named the Harvester, and new ways to customize your marine.
Bethesda also announced that SnapMap will be receiving a few new features. This includes new construction modules, including the Hell visual themes, new props, weapons, and items, and new logic options.
A number of free additions to multiplayer were also announced, including a capture the flag mode, a capture mode, and three free-for-all modes.
Bethesda finished by saying that players can download the first level of Doom for free on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. The offer will last for one week.
