Observer is a hidden horror game in which you play as Dan, a member of the special police unit Observers. You hack the minds of those around you, exploring their memories to find fears that they keep hidden.
Taking place in a cyber punk universe, Observer is a “full fledged horror”, focusing on the narrative and environmental storytelling over the jump scares. That isn’t to say they won’t exist, they just aren’t the focus of the game.
Observer appears to have options as far as dialogue goes, making the game a more in depth RPG with multiple paths. Maybe not to the extent of controlling the entire game and its ending, but it will definitely have an impact on the interactions.
