When Pokémon Sun and Moon was shown at E3 this year, fans were treated to footage of the “Battle Royal” feature. In Battle Royal, four trainers will all battle against each other simultaneously to knock out the most Pokémon while keeping theirs safe. The trainer who knocks out the most Pokémon and suffers the fewest losses in their own Pokémon ranks wins.
Also revealed at the E3 event was four new Pokémon that players will battle with. Yungoos, a Pokémon reminiscent of a weasel, Pikapek is a Pokémon that is reminiscent of woodpecker, Grubbin is a bug type that is a cross between a caterpillar and a fork, and finally the mythical Pokémon Magearna.
Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon will launch for the Nintendo 3DS and 2DS on November 18th.
