When asked on Twitter how the trailer was made, Insomniac clarified the trailer was in-engine and was running on a current PS4, not a Neo. Simply put, what you see is what you get:

Not connected to any specific incarnation of Spider-Man, including the new film and the Peter Parker portrayed by Tom Holland in Captain America: Civil War, Insomniac’s take on the character will be a more experienced crime fighter.
“Spider-Man is one of the most iconic and well-known characters in the world, and we’re thrilled to be given the responsibility to create a brand-new, authentic Spider-Man story… This is a more seasoned Peter Parker who’s more masterful at fighting big crime in New York City. At the same time, he’s struggling to balance his absurdly chaotic personal life and career,” Creative Director Brian Intihar explains on the PlayStation Blog.
