The latest DLC drop for Star Wars Battlefront arrives tomorrow, and developer DICE is celebrating with a new launch trailer.
The DLC this time around is the new Bespin pack, which will be available for season pass holders tomorrow, June 21st, while everyone else will get a chance to play it two weeks from then, beginning on July 5th.
The new DLC is set to include five new maps, including Administrator’s Palace, Carbon-Freezing Chambers and Bioniip Laboratories. Alongside the new maps, Battlefront is getting two new heroes in the form of Lando Calrissian and Dengar, as well as a new vehicle, the Cloud Car.
A new mode is also included in the DLC, titled Sabotage. DICE provided the following description: “The Empire has deployed several tractor beams on the surface of Cloud City that prevents Rebel ships from escaping the planet. In order to power the tractor beams, the Empire makes use of Tibanna Gas Generators that draw from the Tibanna Gas native to Bespin.”
Finally, a few new weapons are coming: X8 Night Sniper, EE4 blaster, and a Shock Grenade that can freeze enemies. Another weapon coming is Disruption, which pushes out a “disruption wave that knocks out enemy blasters, turrets, and droids.”
