With a trailer that showcased Akuma and Heihachi fighting, with Akuma making a special guest star appearance from Capcom’s Street Fighter series, is this a hint towards Tekken x Street Fighter finally happening?
For those not in the know, Capcom and Bandai Namco decided to work together on two crossover games. Specifically, Street Fighter X Tekken, and Tekken X Street Fighter. The developers over at Capcom held true to their word, releasing a game back in 2012. Bandai Namco has yet to release the promised Tekken X Street Fighter, but having a guest appearance from Akuma will be kind of cool.
A special story mode coming to Tekken 7 will combine in game cinematics with your fights, making those those cool in game moments even cooler.
Tekken Tag Tournament 2 is free with backwards compatability for all Xbox One Live Gold members to celebrate Tekken 7.
