During a rehearsal broadcast for EA’s E3 press conference, a new trailer and details leaked for Titanfall 2. Respawn has since uploaded the official trailer featuring the game’s single player campaign. Additional details from the rehearsal include: Six new Titans, alternatives ways to progress through multiplayer, and the ability to play offline. The trailer also reveals an October 28th release date, with the game coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
The description for the game’s single player shows that players will be discovering the relationship between Pilots and their mech suits.
“Pilot and Titan unite as never before in Respawn Entertainment’s highly anticipated Titanfall 2. Featuring a crafted single player campaign that explores the unique bond between man and machine, players will step on to The Frontier as a Militia rifleman with aspirations of becoming a Pilot. Stranded behind IMC enemy lines, and against overwhelming odds, you must team up with a veteran Vanguard-class Titan and uphold a mission you were never meant to carry out.”
In other Titanfall news, two possible collector’s editions for the game were leaked by a Polish retailer recently.
