At their E3 conference, Ubisoft announced Trials of the Blood Dragon, combining the Trials series with Far Cry 3’s Blood Dragon offshoot.
The game stars Sergeant Rex “Power” Colt, as well as his wife and children. The title is a sidescroller that features intense action, cyborgs, communist robots, and more. The game also features insane vehicle gameplay, ranging from bikes to mine carts, similar to the Donkey Kong series.
According to Ubisoft, the game takes place in 2019, and features “an epic single player experience with the combination of competitive, precise, physics-based Trials gameplay and rather less precise gun toting, balls swinging, neon-drenched Blood Dragon action.”
Of course, Trials of the Blood Dragon was not the only thing that Ubisoft showed off during their E3 presentation. The company also announced Grow Up, the sequel to last year’s platformer Grow Home. We also received a release date and details for Ghost Recon Wildlands, as well as a gameplay demo showing us how the game will play when it releases in March next year.
Trials of the Blood Dragon is available on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Stayed tuned to Gamespresso for all of your E3 news this week.
