Xenoblade developers are working on the new Zelda
Monolith Software, the creative team behind the massive Xenoblade Chronicles, are working with Nintendo to create the world of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Breath of the Wild's map is the largest Legend of Zelda map yet, boasted to be 12 times the size of the map from Twilight Princess. And it is apparently thanks to the partnership between the two teams. This will be the second time the people over at Monolith Software has worked on a Legend of Zelda game with Nintendo, the first being Skyward Sword. In an interview with Game Informer, Shigeru Miyamoto explains, “People from Tokyo and Kyoto are working together on this [Breath of the Wild]. There is a team of over 100 [people from both studios combined] helping work on this project, and their work has really been helpful.”
