Pro Evolution Soccer 2017 will release in North America on September 13th, 2016, Konami announced today.
Similarly, the title will launch internationally two days later on September 15th.
PES 2017 will cost $59.99 on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, but will only come with a $39.99 price tag on PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. No exact pre-order bonuses were confirmed by the publisher, but it was stated that “users can receive many bonus items for myClub, the number one mode in PES.”
PES 2017 is working hard to differentiate itself from EA’s massive FIFA 17 release, which is scheduled to launch on September 27th in North America and on September 29th internationally. PES 2017 is also focusing on making players feel as if they are playing the most authentic game they can, by including real touch, precise passing, total team control and more.
“In soccer, what dictates and separates the best from the rest is 1st touch control,” the game’s website reads. “In PES 2017, the 1st touch is calculated by player attributes, as well as the further inclusion of real ball physics directly controlled by the input ball touch. See how different players control the ball in unique and different ways based on where and how you control them, dictating the flow of the game based on how they react to the unpredictable movement of the ball. In addition, there is more control in how you receive passes, and depending on the pass, players can visually execute the exact play intended, from receiving a pass to sending the ball out again.”
