The release of Battlefield’s new UI may be around the corner
The new Battlefield UI may be coming sooner than expected. This news comes after emails (via Reddit) were sent out by EA, announcing Battlefield 4 will receive the new UI this summer. The change in the user interface was announced last month and is currently in beta at this time. This new interface will allow players to boot up the multiplayer modes for Battlefields 4, Hardline, and 1 from the same menu. The game’s official website gives us more information about what we can expect from this new upcoming feature.
“The new Battlefield user interface is designed to improve the experience of playing with friends and to bring relevant content to your attention. Now, you’re able to create a Squad before you actually enter into a game. Being able to join up with your friends and join into a game together makes it a much smoother experience, and helps make sure you’re able to spawn on your buddies as soon as you’re in the game.”
Battlefield 1 will support the new user interface when it releases on October 21, 2016.
