All DLC for Tom Clancy’s The Division has been delayed

Ubisoft has chosen to delay the upcoming DLC expansions for Tom Clancy's The Division. The decision to stall the release of its second expansion, Survival, and the following expansion, Last Stand, was made in order to refocus Update 1.4 as a major bug fix and an opportunity to fine tune gameplay.Update 1.4, which was previously planned to involve the DLC expansion Survival, is scheduled for some time in October without Survival included. In addition to general bug fixes, the update will address long known issues with Talents, items and general gameplay balance. One such issue involves a problem with First Aid collision, in which the First Aid skill goes through the ground instead of planting on it.

Update 1.4, which was previously planned to involve the DLC expansion Survival, is scheduled for some time in October without Survival included. So when exactly are Survival and Last Stand scheduled to be released? Ubisoft gave vague windows for each expansion:

“Survival, the second expansion that was initially planned for release with Update 1.4 is now postponed to a later date this year. The third expansion, Last Stand, will be released in early 2017. This new schedule will not only enable us to strengthen the core experience before adding new content, but also continuously improve it by allowing for more production time to ensure the quality of future updates as well.”

Ubisoft will continue to update players on its progress with The Division through its weekly State of the Games posts, and has scheduled a Special Report on Sept. 13. The report will contain an overview of all changes coming with Update 1.4. According to a FAQ provided by Ubisoft, the update will primarily focus on:
