Activision will show off new parts of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare’s multiplayer this Friday.
An event named “Call of Duty XP” will take place over the weekend in Inglewood, California and will be the location for the reveal. Those who aren’t attending the event will be able to watch as well on the Call of Duty Twitch channel when the live stream begins on Friday, September 2 at 10am PT (1pm ET or 6pm BST).
The reveal is expected to include information on new maps, modes, the first multiplayer gameplay footage, and possible details for an upcoming beta.
Those attending the event will get to be among the first fans to try out multiplayer for Infinite Warfare, as well as the multiplayer mode for the upcoming Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Remastered and the next DLC coming to Call of Duty: Black Ops III.
Other plans for the event include a live stream of the finals of the Call of Duty World League Championship and a joint performance between Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa to close the celebration.
Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare will release for Xbox One, PS4, and PC on November 4. Those who purchase the “Legacy Edition” of the title will also receive a copy of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Remastered.
