The five-part episodic adventure game, the Descendant, is now available to play on Mac, developer Gaming Corps announced.
“The Descendant plays great on Mac and we know many Mac owners love the Interactive Story Telling genre. We are happy to now include Mac players to our growing community.” said Jean-Marc Broyer, President, Gaming Corps, in a press release.
The game originally launched on Steam for PC earlier this year in March. So far, three out of five episodes have been released, with the next installments expected to launch by the end of this year.
“In The Descendant, the end of the world is only the start. With what remains of humanity protected in underground Ark facilities, your mission is to keep survivors alive, while discovering a far greater conspiracy buried within Ark-01,” Gaming Corps described.
“After climate change wrecked the planet, a man-made extinction event wiped humankind off the face of the Earth. Only a few thousand ‘descendants of humanity’ were hand-picked to survive the apocalypse, cryogenically suspended in underground bunkers known as Arks.”
The current price of the first episode on Steam is $2.99. The Full Season costs $14.99, which includes all of the episodes.
