The next Elusive Target coming to Hitman will arrive August 5th at 5 a.m. PT, and will last 72 hours. Players will be tasked with taking out the game’s eighth Elusive Target, The Broker.
The setting for the event takes place in the City of Light, Paris. There are two objectives in this mission: Eliminate The Broker and retrieve the Ivory White. Once either objective is completed, you won’t be able to restart. To successfully complete the event, it is required to complete both objectives and exit the area.
In addition to the announcing the next target, statistics on the game’s previous Elusive target were revealed. Code named, the WildCard, celebrity Gary Busey was Hitman’s seventh Elusive Target. According to the game’s official site, Busey was the most popular Elusive target up to this point.
“Elusive Target #7 was Gary Busey – and he’s set monumental records for being the most played Elusive Target so far,” IO Interactive said.
“We know that this ET was live for longer than the others but by the 72 hour mark, ET #7 was just about to become the most played target. By the end of the contract, it had been played by 47% more players than the second most-played ET – a brilliant coincidence!”
Hitman was released March of this year and is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
