Ubisoft is looking for community members to help improve The Division’s upcoming Patch 1.4.
“In two weeks, we’ll be bringing people from the community to Massive in order to help make Patch 1.4 as valuable to our players as possible,” Ubisoft stated on The Division’s forum. “This type of direct interaction between us on the development side and those of you that are out saving New York in The Division every day is definitely one of the key ways to improve the experience for all players. With that said, consider this a call for submissions; we’re looking for anyone within the community that wants to be a part of critical workshops and discussions at Massive in Malmö, Sweden.”
In order to participate, players will need to be available from September 7th – 9th, and will need a valid passport. Players just need to fill out this submission, and let Ubisoft know why they would be a good candidate to work with the studio. Ubisoft will also pay for the flights, food, and hotel.
It was recently announced that all DLC for The Division was being delayed. This was done in order to let Ubisoft refocus on Update 1.4 as a major bug fix and an opportunity to fine tune gameplay. Update 1.4 was originally planned to include the DLC expansion Survival, but will now release in October without it.
The Division is available on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
