Battlefield 1 will release on October 21st, but some gamers will be able to play the title before the official release date.
EA Access and Origin Access members will be able to try out Battlefield 1 on October 13th when the game’s Play First Trial begins, giving members ten hours of game time. Five maps and modes will be available, as well as a taste of the game’s singleplayer campaign. Progress will carry over if Access members decide to buy the full game after their Play First Trial ends.
EA Access and Origin Access members will be able to unlock content by playing the game between October 13th and October 20th. Players will be able to receive an exclusive Trench Raider Dog Tag just for launching the Play First Trial during that time. If a Access member plays all ten hours before October 20th, they will have a Battlepack waiting for them in the full game.
After October 18th, the rest of Battlefield 1’s maps and modes will open up (unless an Access member has already used all their hours). Access members will also get 10% off if they decide to pick up the game when it releases.
Battlefield 1 will release on October 21st for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
