PC gamers can pick up Ubisoft’s racing title The Crew for free right now.
The Crew is available for free right now through Ubisoft’s Uplay store as a part of the company’s 30th anniversary celebration. To receive the title, go to the Ubi30 webpage, click “Get Your Free Game on PC Now,” and follow the instructions.
Ubisoft has been giving away free games in order to celebrate their 30th anniversary. Previous games that were given away for free include Splinter Cell, Rayman Origins, and Prince of Persia: Sand of Time. Three more games will be offered for free in October, November, and December. October’s free game will be announced in the middle of next month. Gamers have 30 days to claim The Crew, after which it is theirs to keep.
In other Ubisoft related news, the company has officially announced Assassin’s Creed The Ezio Collection. The collection focuses on famed assassin Ezio Auditore da Firenze in three games: Assassin’s Creed II, Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood, and Assassin’s Creed Revelations. All three games will feature enhanced graphics and single-player add-on content. The set will also come bundled with Assassin’s Creed Embers and Lineage, two short films that cover Ezio’s background. The collection will not support multiplayer. Assassin’s Creed The Ezio Collection will release on November 15th.
