Ubisoft has confirmed two more titles that will be enhanced by the additional power of the PlayStation 4 Pro.
Steep and Ghost Recon Wildlands will both take advantage of the PlayStation 4 Pro’s extra power, Ubisoft confirmed to VideoGamer. These two titles are joining Watch Dogs 2 and For Honor, which were both shown running on the Pro at the PlayStation Meeting. Details on how the games will be enhanced have not been given, though animation director Colin Graham says that Watch Dogs 2 will perform closer to the studio’s vision on the Pro.
Ubisoft has not yet stated whether or not any of their existing games, such as Far Cry Primal or Rainbow Six Siege, will receive updates to take advantage of the Pro’s upgraded power.
To help gamers know which games will take advantage of the increased power of the PlayStation 4 Pro, Sony has created a new sticker that will appear on games that will be enhanced. The sticker will be placed on the box of physical games, and a small note will be seen for digital games on the PlayStation Store.
The PlayStation 4 Pro was revealed this past week. The Pro will support 4K resolution, as well as High Dynamic Range. The system features an upgraded GPU, boosted clockrate, and a 1TB hard drive.
The PlayStation 4 Pro will release on November 10th for $399.
