Civilization VI confirms multiple leaders for the same civilization
With the reveal of Greece's second leader Gorgo, Firaxis has confirmed that specific civilizations in Civilization VI will have multiple leaders.Although civilizations will have the same unique units and buildings, different leaders will have their own unique abilities. Gorgo's ability, Thermopylae, allows her to accrue culture equal to 50% of the base strength of a defeated unit when she is victorious in combat.

Previously unveiled, Pericles was the first leader of Greece announced for the game. Check out Gorgo’s trailer below:
“Gorgo seeks glory in combat, therefore she will never give up items in a peace deal. She prefers civs who haven’t yielded in a peace deal and dislikes any civ who has surrendered in a peace deal or any civ who has never engaged in war,” Firaxis described on their website.
Queen Gorgo of Sparta was known for being a smart ruler, politician and wife of King Leonidas I. She reigned alongside her king in the Greco-Persian Wars, conflicts between the Persian empire and Greek city-states.
