It seems that the next expansion for Hearthstone is being teased ahead of next month’s BlizzCon.
On the Hearthstone Twitter account, a tweet was posted with a postcard image featuring the text, “Greetings from Gadgetzan: It’s as clean as it is safe.”
However, there is text around the postcard as well, which reads, “The word ‘safe’ is not meant to constitute a binding agreement and does not imply safety, security, protection, preservation, peace of mind, confidence, reliability, dependability, or trustworthiness. Mayor Noggenfogger is not responsible for any accidents, surgeries, thoughtsteals, mind visions, hellfires, vanishes, whirlwinds, revenges, lightbombs, elemental destructions, excavated evils, consecrations, holy novas, flamestrikes, demonwrathes, starfalls, shadowflames, swipes, explosive traps, arcane explosions, brawls, DOOM!s, lightning storms, blizzards, twisting nethers, and other Acts of Old Gods, magical mayhem or disfigurement that may ensue.”

Blizzard recently announced that Heroic Tavern Brawls are coming to Hearthstone. The Heroic Brawl will allow Hearthstone players to play for in-game rewards, as they aim for 12 wins. However, once a player gets 3 losses, they are out. Prizes include 50 packs, Gold, Arcane Dust, and three golden Legendaries. The entry fee is $9.99, or 1,000 gold. No official dates have been given, though Blizzard has stated that information should be coming soon.
Hearthstone is available on PC, as well as iOS and Android devices. There are currently no other details on the game’s next expansion, but we can expect an announcement at BlizzCon next week.
