Following the announcement of its sequel earlier today, Sony and Rockstar have revealed that the original Red Dead Redemption will be coming to PlayStation Now “soon.”
PlayStation Now is a subscription service that lets players stream a catalog of PS3 games to your PS4 and Windows PC. Read Dead Redemption was released in 2010 for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
Red Dead Redemption is currently available on Xbox One through backwards compatibility. The first trailer for Red Dead Redemption 2 was released today. Although little was revealed, the visuals shown are quite impressive.

Rockstar and Sony have partnered up to deliver early access to specific Red Dead Redemption 2 online content for PlayStation 4 owners.
“Hand crafted to take full advantage of PS4, Red Dead Redemption 2 is an epic tale of life in America’s unforgiving heartland. The game’s vast and atmospheric world will also provide the foundation for a brand new online multiplayer experience,” John Koller Vice President of PlayStation Brand Marketing siad in a blog post.
The game releases Fall 2017 for Xbox One and PlayStation 4. Stay tuned for more updates on the sequel and the release date for the original on PS4.
