Many great military game franchises were made by one company called NovaLogic. Unfortunately, they have not had a real success in quite some time. No one, however, wants to see their great IP’s go to waste. In a settled agreement, THQ Nordic has purchased these franchises. This list includes the following:
- Delta Force Series
- Comanche Series
- Joint Operations Series
- Armored Fist Series
- Tachyon: The Fringe
- F-22 – Series
- F-16 Series
- NovaLogic Trademark
- and more…
John Garcia, Founder and CEO of NovaLogic stated, “After 30 years of creating ground breaking Computer and Video Games we are proud to pass the baton to THQ Nordic. As individuals, they are enthusiastic gamers and as a company have shown the agility and acumen needed to propel our industry towards a much-needed reset.”
Hopefully through this purchase, we will see the revival of many great games. We will just have to wait and see.
