PC and PlayStation 4 owners will be able to play The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited for free this weekend.
The Elder Scrolls Online Free Play Weekend will begin on November 16th. PlayStation 4 owners will be able to download the game on the PlayStation Network, while PC gamers will be able to download the game on Steam. PlayStation 4 owners can start downloading at 12:01 a.m. local time in Europe, and 12:01 a.m. EST in North America. PC gamers will be able to download the game now, and will be able to start playing at 1:00 p.m. EST / 6:00 p.m. GMT. Players then need to create an Elder Scroll Online account to begin playing.
During the Free Play Weekend, gamers will have access to the Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited base game, not including the DLC game pack areas. Once players create an account, they will receive 500 crowns to use at the Crown Store. All characters created, Crown Packs and Crown Store purchases made, and progress made during the weekend will carry over if the full game is purchased
The Free Play Weekend will end on November 20th at 11:59 p.m. local time in Europe and 11:59 p.m. EST in North America for PlayStation 4 owners. The free weekend will run until Monday, November 21st at 1:00 p.m. EST / 6:00 p.m. GMT for PC players.
The Elder Scrolls Online is available for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
