The final expansion pack for the first season of Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege will be set in Japan.
On Twitter, the official Rainbow Six Siege account confirmed that the game’s next DLC pack will be heading to Japan. The tweet that was released was accompanied by a line of text written in Japanese, which, according to the official Ubisoft Twitter account, translates to “Time has come.”

Last week saw the release of update 4.3. Changes include a fix for Caveira that lets her successfully complete her interrogations, including when a player has quit. Also added in the update was an Anti-bullying system. With this new system, if a player kills the same teammate twice, they will be kicked from the match, and will be banned from matchmaking for 15 minutes if it was a ranked match. If a player continues to kill their teammates, the punishment will continue to increase, up to seven days of being banned from matchmaking.
Rainbow Six Siege is available for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. There is no word yet on when gamers can expect the title’s next expansion to drop. Players can expect a new map and two new operators to be released in the expansion.
