Batman - The Telltale Series' final episode, City of Light, is now available, and Telltale Games has released a new trailer to celebrate.Telltale's Batman series is wild ride of highs, lows, and occasional mediocrity. The narrative is, for the most part, brilliant; the game reinvents numerous familiar characters, and the choices players make change the story drastically. However, all good things must come to an end. The final chapter of this episodic tale has been released, as has a launch trailer.

Telltale’s Batman series is wild ride of highs, lows, and occasional mediocrity. The narrative is, for the most part, brilliant; the game reinvents numerous familiar characters, and the choices players make change the story drastically. However, all good things must come to an end. The final chapter of this episodic tale has been released, as has a launch trailer.
The trailer provides a spoiler-free summary of the episode; Lady Arkham has kidnapped Bruce Wayne’s butler Alfred Pennyworth and has sent The Children of Arkham to hold Gotham City at gunpoint. The only way Batman can reach Lady Arkham is to fight through all of Arkham Asylum’s inmates. He will eventually reach Lady Arkham and unmask her in the most Batman way possible: by punching her in the face so hard her mask shatters.
The trailer, while impressive, does not represent every playthrough. Harvey Dent/Two-Face is shown as an inmate at Arkham in the trailer, but depending on a player’s choices, Harvey Dent might not even become Two-Face. Gamers who want to experience every possible story permutation will have to play the game multiple times, including the final episode.
Batman – The Telltale Series is available for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4, PS3, PC, iPhone, and Android.
