The latest update to Farming Simulator 17 has added PlayStation 4 Pro support to the game. The update, which is free to all PS4 Pro owners, takes full advantage of the system’s power and farther enhances the graphical fidelity and performance of the game even more.
When Farming Simulator 17 was first released, gamers could choose between playing the game in 4K resolution at 30fps, 1080p at 60fps with improved draw distances, and 1440p at 60fps on PC. This new update improves the overall look of the game and incorporates many of the requests that fans have suggested since the game was released.
Since its release back in October, Farming Simulator 17 has sold over 1 million copies, a third of what Farming Simulator 16 sold in 2 years. The game includes over 250 authentic farming vehicles cross over 75 different Manufacturers. Brands such as Challenger, Fendt, Valtra and Massey Ferguson make their debut in this new entry in the series.
Along with the release of the PlayStation 4 Pro patch, Giants Software has also announced that the game is now available for Mac. Gamers can now download the game on Apple MacApp store. They have also announced that PlayStation 4 players who are subscribed to PlayStation Plus are now able to download the Massey-Ferguson Black Duals vehicle for free.
Farming Simulator 17 is also available on Xbox One and PC.
